Georgio Savva

Georgio has been working in the interior design field for the past 15 years. He has studied at Tobe Coburn School of Fashion Careers of NYC and Moore College of Art & Design of Philadelphia. Combining his experience in the fashion world and his passion of interior design, Georgio uses the mixture of texture, light, color and placement to bring out the clients vision with his personal touch.

Georgio's work goes beyond contemporary, to include traditional/transitional spaces and commercial design and specializing in restaurants. Growing up in a family of restaurant owners and working in the business, Georgio has used his background once again to design the first "Green" Diner in America, The East Bay Diner of Long Island, NY. He also designed the Harvest Restaurant and the Premiere Diner also of Long Island, NY. Georgio worked with builder/contractor Peter Alexis along with each owner to create individual themes of these restaurants. Georgio, now has collaborated with Stavra Kalina, award winning photographer artist to create personal designer walls. Clients and their families through the relationship of photography, location, color scheme and design become the focal point of the room in a form of art.

Michael Robinson

Michael Robinson has been working as an interior designer at Unique Interiors for the past four years. He earned a BS in Industrial Design from Philadelphia University in 2002. Early in his career Michael worked as a product designer for Designship in Bala Cynwyd, PA and later Josh Owen Design in Philadelphia, PA. In 2002, he co-founded Duzeo Product Design an independent furniture and product design studio. While at Duzeo, Michael designed and licensed his own furniture designs for the contract furniture market. In 2005, Michael decided to pursue his interest in interior design. He began his career at Jonns Contemporary Interiors in Montgomeryville, PA before coming to Unique Interiors in 2006. Michael was excited to join the team at Unique Interiors because it gave him the opportunity to design complete contemporary interiors from conception to completion. Many of his designs feature custom furniture designs that make his clients home truly “Unique”.

Most recently Michael was awarded American Leather's 2009 Best “Pitcher” of the Year for the Northeast United States. His work has been featured in many articles and exhibits and notably in the book “Becoming A Product Designer” by Bruce Hannah.
