Bob Deniken, Owner
Bob Deniken has been a fashion industry executive for more than 20 years. He and his wife, Kathy, opened Unique Interiors in 1986 with a vision of providing one-of-a-kind, collector-quality, modern and contemporary furnishings, accessories and artwork. In addition, Bob has provided in-home consultations for a wide range of customers, from celebrities and athletes to musicians and top level executives, creating award-winning designs in the process. Under his leadership, Unique Interiors has been awarded “Best Furniture Store” by the Courier-Post since 1999 and is a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business.
Michael Robinson, Interior Designer
Michael Robinson earned a BS in Industrial Design from Philadelphia University in 2002 (Now Jefferson). Early in his career, he worked as a product designer for Designship in Bala Cynwyd, PA and later the Josh Owen Design Studio in Philadelphia, PA. In 2002, he co-founded Duzéo Product Design, an independent furniture and product design studio. While at Duzéo, Michael designed and licensed his own furniture designs for the contract furniture market. In 2005, Michael decided to pursue his interest in interior design. He began his career at Jonns Contemporary Interiors in Montgomeryville, PA landing at Unique Interiors in Cherry Hill, NJ in 2006. All along Michael has continued to design furniture largely influenced by his work with his design clients. Michael’s designs have been manufactured by several American furniture factories including J. Persing, Creative Elegance, Country View Woodworking, Crystal Valley Woodworking and Johnston Casuals. His work has been featured in many articles, exhibits and notably in the book “Becoming a Product Designer” by Bruce Hannah. He has been twice nominated for the ASFD Pinnacle Award (Now ISFD).
